Recycling (yellow lid)

We collect this bin fortnightly.

✅ These items CAN go in your recycling bin:

	Aluminium cans, clean aluminium foil (scrunch into a ball) and clean pie trays
	Cardboard boxes, cereal boxes and clean pizza boxes
	Milk and juice cartons
	Empty rigid plastic bottles and containers from your bathroom, laundry and kitchen (marked with a plastic identification code)
	Empty steel and aerosol cans
	Glass bottles and jars
	Paper, magazines, newspapers, telephone books and envelopes

❌ These items can NOT go in your recycling bin:

	Foam or coloured plastic meat trays
	Food waste
	Soft plastics such as plastic shopping bags, plastic packaging, food wrappers or cling film
	Motor oil or motor oil containers
	Nappies
	Needles
	Plastic bottles or containers that do not have a plastic identification code
	Polystyrene (including packaging, meat trays and foam cups)
	CDs or DVDs
	Video or cassette tapes
	Gas bottles or batteries of any kind
