General Waste (red lid)

This bin is for rubbish that can't go in either your recycling or garden organics bins. 

We collect this bin weekly.
 

✅ These items CAN go in your general waste bin:

	Nappies
	Polystyrene
	Plastic bags & household garbage
	Plastic packaging, food wrappers, cling film
	Animal waste

❌ These items can NOT go in your general waste bin:

	Building materials
	Chemicals, paint, oil, hazardous waste
	Garden organics (this goes in your garden organics bin)
	Needles
	Recyclables (these should go in your recycling bin)
